LASIK Eye Surgery Fees and Payments


Based on your LASIK eye surgery consultation, you will be with your doctor to decide whether LASIK, the best for you. This procedure will be discussed in detail with you so you understand what to expect at each step of the LASIK experience. The time will be taken with you to answer all your questions.

Once you undergo LASIK eye surgery to determine the steps preparatory to others, it will be, you need a written consent form, and arrangements for payment of the procedure. The cost of LASIK may be $ 1,500 each to $ 3,000 per eye, according to the procedure, your region of the country, type of material used, the experience of your surgeon and if monitoring of maintenance and expansion (new ) procedures.

- Advice and discussion of treatment options.

Your treatment
ALL follow-up visits for 12 months

The practice offers the choice of many different payment options, including:

- Payment by personal credit card like MasterCard or Visa
- Payment by check or cash.
- We can meet the insurance and many companies benefit costs, please ask if you qualify.
